Tap Imagery is a safe, all-natural system to help you calm your mind, think more clearly and reduce your stress. Come learn how to use this simple but effective method of restoring relaxation and balance. First, you'll discover how to tap gently on certain meridian endpoints of your body, releasing negative energy and bringing about a sense of well-being. Next, you'll be guided through a peaceful visualization, allowing you to reinforce the benefits of the tapping by seeing yourself living the life you want.
